December 27th 2023: Rebirth, Adaptation, Supportive friends, Sacrifice

I am on a half built bridge of chain linked fence with an accomplice overlooking an old and depreciating place of industry. We are halfway up one of the walls: in front of us is a hollow space. A cube milled out of the building to house both man and machine. It does hold much of anything now; overgrown by foliage and rust. On the walls beside us are the only pieces of machinery left in operation. Large automated arms guide and scrub rusted beams from a deep orange to a pristine white. It is a magical process watching the rust flake off with the touch of large metal toothed brushes.

Analysis: old to new, rebirth

Scene change

I am on discord sharing my screen with a few friends. I am excited about a new show that just came out; the premise of which is the following: In a fictional future, people are able to access an online multiverse. In each world they are able to customize their bodies, skills and traits to suit their wishes or needs. They can be a completely different person based off of which world they enter. The show follows a cast of characters as they create different personas to further their goals.

Analysis: being able to be anything, and everything all at once

Scene change

I am at a dear friend’s house with a few other close friends. I am snooping around on their PC when I notice that one of their internet browsers are on my blog. At first I am embarrassed but then grow used to it. Eventually I am totally relaxed and actually very appreciative of their support.

Analysis: it’s OK / I am ok with putting myself out there. Even in front of close friends.

Scene change

I am sheltered within a peculiar man made landscape. I am at the bottom of a perfectly circular grassy dip. In front of me: there is a steep grassy incline. Behind me: there are two glass windows that form a corner. The building looks like high tech university or library and I feel as if I am on exhibit - but only those that are really interested will stop to take a look. I lay at the bottom of the pit for a while then eventually climb out of the grassy dip - although I am forced to do so on my hands and knees

Analysis: I am escape my comfortable enclosure and see the world, but it will be harder to accomplish than I thought it would be.
