Scrambled Eggs

INGREDIENTS:
Serves 1

  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil

  • 3 eggs

  • Salt to taste

  • Garlic powder to taste

METHOD:

  1. Place your pan on your stovetop and turn it up to medium heat. Toss your butter in and wait for it to melt & begin bubbling

  2. crack your eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk the eggs before pouring them into your pan. You can also crack your eggs directly into the pan.

  3. Add salt and garlic powder to taste and stir your eggs continuously until they reach your desired texture (should take about 2-3 minutes)

  4. Serve your eggs. I like add add rice, a thin block of cheese, and some pickled radish as sides for this savory breakfast.
